About Shroff S. R. Rotary Institute of Chemical Technology
Shroff S. R. Rotary Institute of Chemical Technology (SRICT), is a premier engineering institute currently affiliated to Gujarat Technological University (GTU) Ahmedabad. SRICT is supported by UPL limited and managed by Ankleshwar Rotary Education Society (ARES). Shroff S. R. Rotary is approved by AICTE, New Delhi.
Shroff S. R. Rotary offers courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels. At present the institute has eight departments offering courses like B.E., M.E., B.Sc, M.Sc, diploma and so on. All courses are recognised by the AICTE. The B.E. courses at SRICT are offered in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Environmental Science & Technology, etc. There is also a certificate course in Paint Technology. SRICT also offers two management courses, PGDM and PGCM offered in association with AIMA. Shroff S. R. Rotary Institute of Chemical Technology admissions are mainly based on entrance exams like GUJCET, PGCET, etc. or scores of the qualifying exam.
Shroff S. R. Rotary Institute of Chemical Technology is located in the district of Vataria, Bharuch, 15 km from Ankleshwar railway station. The SRICT campus is spread across 25 acres consisting of several facilities like R & D labs, library, administrative building, canteen, play grounds, language labs, hostels with several lush green lawns, computer centre and well maintained gardens.
